In Farnborough and Farnham, Josh Brooks provides individual fitness programmes to include 1-2-1 training, partner training and small group training with a coaching style built on structure, steady progress and realistic support.

Qualifications and coaching background
Josh has been swimming competitively since the age of 10 and from the age of 14 took a keen interest in personal training to help build a more competitive edge in the pool.
Alongside personal training, Josh is a Lead Squad Coach at Rushmoor Royals Swimming Club, based at Aldershot Garrison, where he coaches individual swimmers and squads for competition and events, developing training plans which cultivate swimmers’ strengths, identifying and working on any weaknesses
He has also been awarded a Level 3 BTEC National Extended Diploma in Sport, Fitness and Personal Training, adding a broader coaching and performance base to his practical experience.
