These terms relate to a UK sole trader personal training business. They reflect the current website setup, including direct enquiries, a free consultation, personal training at Jetts Farnborough and Jetts Farnham, and payment by bank transfer. They may be reviewed if booking, payment or cancellation policies change.

About the service

JBrooks Fitness provides personal training and related coaching services including 1-to-1 personal training, 2-to-1 partner training, small group training, session blocks, and bespoke training plans. Training is currently offered in person at Jetts Farnborough and Jetts Farnham.

Enquiries and bookings

Enquiries can be made by phone, email, or the website contact routes currently shown on the site. A free 30 minute consultation may be offered before any paid session.

A booking is not confirmed until the session time, location, and any payment arrangements have been agreed directly.

Prices and payment

Current website prices include 1-to-1 personal training at £35, 30-minute sessions at £25, 2-to-1 partner training at £50, and small group training at £50 for the first 2 clients with £10 per additional person.

Payment is currently to be made by bank transfer at the end of the session unless another payment method is agreed directly. Prices may be updated from time to time, but the price agreed for a booked session will be confirmed before that session takes place.

Session packages

Where session blocks or discounted packages are offered, the applicable price and any usage conditions should be agreed at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, packages are intended for the named client and are not automatically transferable.

Cancellations and rearrangements

For cancellations or to rearrange a session, please give as much notice as possible. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may still be charged in full.

If JBrooks Fitness needs to rearrange a session, a reasonable alternative time will be offered where possible.

Health and client responsibility

Accurate information should be provided about any injury, medical issue, exercise limitation, or other relevant circumstance that could affect exercising and training.

Personal training is not medical treatment or a substitute for advice from a GP, physiotherapist, or other qualified healthcare professional. If there is any doubt about whether exercise is suitable, medical advice should be sought first.

Safety and conduct

JBrooks Fitness may refuse, stop or rearrange a session where continuing would be unsafe, inappropriate, or unreasonable, including where important health information has not been disclosed or shared or behaviour is abusive or threatening.

Liability and results

Training results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a promise for a specific outcome.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights you have under UK consumer law.

Governing law

These draft terms are intended for use under the laws of England and Wales.
